I’m Jeremy Finkenstadt — a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and former hockey player turned barbell-obsessed golf nerd.

I got into fitness after a tough period with mental health, injuries, and starting over. What helped me rebuild my own life — physically and mentally — was simple: training with purpose, and people who cared.

Today, I help others do the same. I work with curious clients who want to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. Because once you get that, progress doesn’t just happen — it sticks.

My style is honest, adaptable, and built around helping you grow — no matter where you’re starting from.

We’ll check in weekly (via app, text, or call), review your progress, and make small, strategic changes as needed. My job isn’t to push you to the edge — it’s to help you build habits and strength that last.
